Get your taste buds watering as you picture our delicious Lancashire Onion Soup. Our take on this French classic uses a delicate stock made from the finest Lancashire sourced lamb and crunchy croutons topped off with a Sandhams creamy Lancashire cheese, paying homage to one of our region’s most famed cheeses. Our sophisticated spin on the Lancashire Hot Pot will feature all the best flavours of this popular dish but with a prime cut cannon of lamb partnered with a mouth-watering parcel of slow roast lamb shoulder and caramelised onions wrapped in a cabbage leaf. Add potato pearls, carrot and an exquisite lamb jus, and our transformation is complete.
For those who love their desserts, our Mamucium Manchester Tart will be a showstopper. Served with indulgent homemade raspberry jam, this popular sweet treat will be served up with delicate banana crisps and vanilla infused custard made from cream from our local dairy supplier.
