What are you doing to keep your hotel safe and clean?

We are supporting the health and wellbeing of our team members through training, guidance and provision of PPE. We are looking after the safety of our guests through new procedures and measures such as sanitisation stations and a new check-in/check-out process.

Can I cancel my booking?

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am. Contact the hotel directly for options available for early check-in or late check-out.

Do you have a restaurant on-site?

Yes, we have Mamucium, a destination restaurant in Manchester that focuses on Northern flavours and sustainable, organic, local & ethical ingredients.

Do you have a fitness centre?

We have a fitness centre but we do not have a swimming pool.

Can I bring my pet?

We do not allow animals into the hotel except for assistance dogs for people with accessibility requirements.
