#Lazyday at Hotel Indigo – Manchester Victoria!

We are welcoming #LazyDay with open arms today. We are all busy people and it’s hard nowadays to find some downtime especially when you’re traveling, but it’s so important to give yourself that quality time now and then. We thought what a better excuse to do the bare minimum than on #LazyDay that falls on a Saturday!

Kick-off your shoes, jump on to your big king size bed and relax!

We’ve whipped up our top 5 things we think will make your day slightly more chilled.

1.Order Breakfast in Bed.

From the comfort of your warm cozy bed grab the phone and give us a call. We recommend a big stack of our signature Ricotta & Lemon pancakes – what a perfect way to start your day.

2. Go for a stroll around the Cathedral Gardens.

Just a stone’s throw away from our front door lies the gorgeous Manchester Cathedral and it’s greener than green gardens. Take in the beautiful scenic views and get a feel of the local neighbourhood. Located right next to Chetham’s Music School, it’s the perfect spot to relax on the grass and listen out for some tunes.

3. Grab a coffee in M Café and people watch.

Once you’ve finished with your stroll, venture back to the hotel via M café and grab yourself a coffee and a slice of cake. Our little café is the perfect spot to watch the world go by. Either sit out in our new outside seating area or watch from the comfort of inside, unwind and see how the people of our neighbourhood go about their days.

4. Netflix and Cozy Up

Once you’re peopled out, head up back to your room and ‘Netflix & Cozy up’. A huge bonus that all of our rooms have Netflix installed on the TVs, so all you have to do is sit back and relax. There is no better guilty pleasure than relaxing and binge-watching your favourite shows for a couple of hours – you’ve earned it.

5. End your day at Mamucium for a relaxing cocktail.

Well, it is the weekend isn’t it? Have a chat with one of our bartenders and they’ll tailor your drink for you. whether you’re in the mood for an aperitif before dinner or a nightcap – they’ve got your back.
