What to pack- weather-wise!

Manchester, known for its unpredictable weather patterns, can present a delightful mix of scorching summer days and sudden downpours. To ensure you’ve prepared for whatever Mother Nature throws your way, we’ve put together a little list of essential items for your trip.

Umbrella or raincoat-  As the saying goes “Expect the unexpected”. While the average summer temperature in Manchester hovers around 20 degrees, it’s wise to pack a light coat or jacket for any sudden rainfalls!

Sun protection – Although Manchester might not be known for its scorching summers, our temperatures here can still reach the late 20s! Don’t forget to pack sun cream or sunglasses!

A small day pack-  Make sure to bring a small bag for storing all your essentials when you’re out and about. This way you can carry your jacket, sun cream and umbrella so you are equipped for all weather!

Where to Park

To make your visit hassle-free, we recommend parking at the Manchester Printworks car park, managed by APCOA. Not only is it conveniently located near our hotel, but we have a discount code that allows you to park for £15 for 24 hours.
